We have a hogplum tree that yields seedless hogplums The tree has grown tall and is touching the current cables. Our gardener is not confident of climbing up to those hog plums. They just just fall down when they are ripe They are best when they are raw. They are used for cooking. The dish prepared from those raw hog plugs tasty We have not had that for a while now The only way is to trim the tree and that means we will not have hog plums for another year.

I join the I've never seen nor heard of them before team. Sad you can't pick the fruits easily, if this tree is able to touch the cables it must be really tall. Yeah, I think trimming would be the best way to go.
