Will Phil See His Shadow?

Phil is t h e name of the groundhog that a club in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania use to see if we will have an early spring or six more weeks of winter. If he sees his shadow there will be six more weeks. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration says Phil has been right about 40% of the time.
This annual ceremony has been going on sincec1887. The groundhog will come out just after sunset.
What is your choice? Will he see his shadow or not?

I think we'll have six more weeks of Winter, myself. I never trusted rodents after I saw the things Bugs Bunny does to poor Porky Pig and Daffy Duck.
