True Love

A favorite YouTube personality, Relateable Reese, celebrates a husband's birthday on this day each year. She tells her viewers stories, how they got together, and just how much in love they were. He was 95 and she was in her early to mid 30s. They were together for several years but married for only 6 months. They spent all their time together and held hands. They even slept holding hands. She loved his sense of humor. Once when she had to take him to the ER due a nosebleed that wouldn't stop the doctor put this white plastic gizmo clipping his nose to stop it. She asked for one and they took pictures of them both wearing them. They would kid about his age and people would just look at them weirdly when she would say "No, he's not my grandfather, he's my great-grandfather." and they would both laugh. He was always supportive too. He'd say such things as "I'm rooting for you." or "I'm on your side." She walked by him and he'd say, "God! You're beautiful!" He had been married to his first wife for 72 years. He had gone to college to be a doctor, changed his direction, and became an aeronautical engineer. He was very educated. She was with him when he died and they were able to say goodbye. I think it is so touching to hear her talk about him and their love. She still feels his presence and she thinks he has helped her in several situations. She played Billy Joel's "Piano Man" at his funeral. The first line reads something like "It was 9a. on Saturday......? and Fred died at 9a. on a Saturday. The picture is from YouTube.

People do that a lot with people they love even conservative Trump supporters who claim they so hard. Its all love, but I do get upset at people like they going soft. Its how its always been, just most never showed you because would kill you for it even thought thats what everyone does. Its a silly world and I am just living in it. If people want to play the hard card, I have it harder than you and I will win every time. So be quiet be nice and look out for one an other. Especially for all the people looking out for you, trying to show you right from wrong.

Hard card? Trump supporters? What does that have to do with a love story?

They were so sweet together. I am sure that if she looked back, she will have all the fond memories of him.

That was true love indeed. I have had my moments, A relationship with a man 20 years older than me if it had meant to work I would have been with him to the end, I first marriage that didn't work, and finally a 20 + year marriage with my soul mate in Latvia that was the greatest time of my life and I look forward to seeing him again, In the meantime, I get visits from the dear older man I mentioned who comforts me in my dreams when I worry,
