Tom deep cleaned the lamps and put the lampshades on them. The one lampshade that was Not wrapped in celephane had 2 places on it that looked crinkled. I made a complaint and they are sending me a new lampshade. I am supposed to send back the bad shade to FedEx. Kind of wondering how the heck to do that. How would you send a lampshade in the mail? I have until May 14th to find out.
