Chocolate Moist Cake.

It's actually a cake in a loaf pan because I will give one to my SIL and one to the baby in the family. We also cannot eat it all, one loaf is enough for us. I made them this morning while doing the laundry. It's very easy to make and bake. It can be done in less than an hour, 20-25 minutes for the baking and the rest is for ingredients prep and making the mixture.
I also made the chocolate ganache but that's another story for another time.10 people like this

My first wife always used pudding in cakes and cookies. I don't know how she added it to cakes but I've made cookies the same way when Pretty was young.

Making them in loaf pans is a great idea. Why didn't I think of that? A whole cake is too much for us too
