How Is Wednesday Treating YOU?

I got up late because there was NO reason to get up! It is cold here and was in the 20's with the wind chill still at 1 pm. I managed to get all the animals fed and watered before noon and came inside to chill with a cup of hot coffee.
Then I started brunch for us. My hubby slept through me getting up and out of bed and going outside. My plan was to make him a pot of coffee and bring a cup to him in bed, hence, egging him on to get out of bed soon. However, he got up to go to the bathroom before his coffee was finished brewing.
I proceeded with fixing some food. He got fried eggs, sausage, and 2 biscuits. I had a small omelet with a biscuit. I added my sausage, some onions, and cheddar cheese to the omelet. It was tasty!
Fixing to head back outdoors for a bit and check the nest boxes for eggs and get the mail. I did not do that earlier. Then I will put dinner on to cook.

It was another cold day here again today.
But the sun shone, which was great.
Tomorrow will be cold also.
I was supposed to go into the office to work, but I managed to convince my manager that I should work from home.
I finish early and after work I plan on going over to spend some time with the twins.

@kareng That's tomorrow.
But I work from home every day, it is only one day a month that we have to go into the office. In my mind it just means getting up extra early, paying for parking and buying coffee since I don't have my own machine there.

As you know we are passed that Wednesday and here it was not good as one of the maids did not turn up upsetting my schedule

Not too bad. 58 degrees at the moment. I got a walk in, was invited to lunch at a neighbor's house, got good mail, and the item I put up on eBay got a bid not long after I put it up.

Cold, Cold Cold and Windy too! All week. And we had a snow dusting on Thursday night. And not much warmer today, brr.
I need to have some words with that groundhog, lol.

Oh wow, does that omelette sound good! You certainly got a lot done. It’s 13 degrees right now and I haven’t stepped foot outside but once. And once is enough for me! Hopefully, by my doctor appointment tomorrow it won’t be so bitterly cold.

I had a great day. The weather wasn’t as bad as predicted, so I got to go out. I fed the critters and now I’m home to endure the cold weather advisory.

The cold is over our way. Same here though cloudy and overcast with no sight of the sun today at all. Thank you. I'm just planning on chilling--well relaxing and watching some television and popping back on here to check notifications. Take care!

Looks like you are having a cozy and productive day despite the weather. The brunch you made sounds delicious, especially the omelette with sausage, onions and cheddar. Definitely a great choice for comfort food on a chilly day! My Wednesday was pathetic. I had everything that has to go wrong, wrong on that day. I lost close to $100 and there were other efforts which all went in drain. I finally decided do nothing, go home and just relax. It was aweful to see such mistakes and loos of money and effort in a single day. There was nothing good to speak about.Take care!
