I called the lady at the School District office and left a message, saying that I'd like to set a date to take the test a third time, and left a message. Lord willing, I'll get at least 70 % right this time
That's all I need to pass--and it's roughly 20 % more than I've gotten the last two times (something like 55% and 53% respectively).
Right now I'm heading out for a walk, and I'll take my phone with me in case the lady calls while I'm out (also to record my steps, of course).

I've been trying to get a job with the school district as a Teacher's Aide, and I was told I could either go back to school and get more Early childhood education units, or I could take this "proficiency" test, which was part English and part Math. I passed the English part no problem, but this will be the third time I'll be taking the Math part and trying to pass it. I only need to get 70% correct on the test to pass--both the Math and English parts. I think I was told I got 80 something percent correct on the English part.

@xstitcher What is hard about the math part? I am a "math expert."

@TheHorse LOL--I'm not! Math and I have been mortal enemies since I was in the first grade. Plus, the way my brain is doesn't let me think straight 9 times out of 10--particularly when facing said mortal enemy.

LOL--well, she didn't call today. Maybe tomorrow--I forget what days the lady works--not all week, though.
