As The Lampshade Turns

Had a Heart Doctor appt today, so I took the lampshade to send back...well..I wasn't thinking...and instead of Fed Ex...I went to the UPS store. The lady swiped the QR code and then looked at it and let me know it was a FedEx code. I was so embarrassed..I left and went to the FedEx store. The guy printed out the Return sticker then told me he would have to put it in a box. I told him OK..he then told me I would have to pay for the box. I let him know that Walmart sent me the lampshade just as he is seeing it with no box. He said he still needed me to pay for a box. I told him I wasn't paying $14 for a damn box. A guy standing there, told me that he lived right around the corner and he had a box I could have. I didn't need a box...I had one at the house, but I was told that FedEx would send the lampshade at no cost. I took the sticker and left. Will post later what went on at the doctor's office. Anyway, I will put the lampshade in the box I found that will fit it. Put the sticker on it, and take it to Walgreen's and let them send it out. If THAT doesn't work...I will be on the phone with Walmart and ask them how in the hell I can get that lampshade back to them without spending as much as it is worth to send it. Fed up with this mess! There should have been NO REASON that Walmart wouldn't take that lampshade back except that girl just didn't want to deal with it. Anyway..I will find out tomorrow. Venting over now!
