We are due to have some storms and lots of wind. It has been really windy all day. I went and got us enough of everything so I don't have to go anywhere for a couple of days.
We did the Cook what you want Night. I had left over sausage patty (they are as big as a hamburger and have cheese and bacon in them) on a bun with mustard, and ate some Mexican Street Corn Cheetos.
Watching Trump's speech.

That sounds like a good meal. Hope that you enjoyed the speech by your president. Some other mylotter also mentioned about looking forward to the speech. How did it go?

It was a good speech...I was appalled at the Democrats and how they acted. Couldn't even clap for a CHILD beating cancer and Trump made him an honorary Secret service agent. They rolled their eyes and sat in their seats not even clapping. Made them look heartless, uncaring, and just mean. Very Sad...I realize they hate Trump, but this is our COUNTRY, and we are ALL Americans. My grandmother was a Democrat all her life, but she would not be one today..She would be ashamed of her party.

@Ghostlady Glad that you liked it. Whether you like the person or not, you should show respect for him. Constructive criticism from opposition is the strength of democracy. Opposition has to take that well and support the government in all the good that they are doing. Power does not stay with one party all the time, but country and society stays. Everyone becomes a history one day and one has to be watchful about what you are actually leaving behind as a legacy.
One might hate him, but has to accept that he is the chosen one.

@Ghostlady I don't understand why he felt the need to denigrate them all. He showed no respect for them - just went for the throat as usual.

@Ghostlady Oh yeah, they've been around for years. When it comes to sausage, say the one that comes with the brown paper wrap, I like Klement's garlic sausage. It's really good.
