Messed up by ordering directly with the suppliers

I had placed an order with Amazon.in and that was taking long to deliver They had not even started shipping the item. I therefore cancelled that order and placed that order with the suppliers directly. They have accepted the order but are not shipping it. Nor is there a provision to cancel the order. I have contacted them and they say it has been shipped but I have not received any tracking information. Amazon.in are their shipping partners but in that case how they can ship the stuff to me directly and yet not send me the tracking info is bothering me. Looks like I have lost money
