Quick Trip Into Town

I ended up riding into town with my husband earlier today. He needed to go by the drug store for his insulin and Dexcom.
I rode along and took a few things that needed to be restocked at the drug store and killed an extra trip to town. They had just about sold out of the BB cream that was stocked.
I was hoping that the accountant had my check cut and ready, but she did not. The pharmacist had not yet printed out the sales for her. I will be running back by there next week, if not sooner.
It was good to get out for a little bit for a change of scenery.

We have a "weird" thing we do just for a "change of scenery." We'll go the Walmart in Waterloo instead of ours in town even though it's roughly 15 miles farther. But we take the "country roads" to get there. Honestly, the clientele is also a bit better than ours.
