I Wish Someone Would Adjust Their Horn

Someone in the neighborhood has a very sensitive horn. It goes off daily. Usually it stops pretty quickly but not so today. After several minutes it really gets old. Especially on a nice quiet weekend morning. Ugh!

Yes they should fix that. Annoying. Right now I am listening to a car revving for ages out here in the apt parking lot..they keep doing it daily and its loud.

Someone opposite me has a flashing light in their alarm. They have had the problem for weeks. I wouldn’t mind but they complained when we had a problem with our alarm
