What a day. It is 57 degrees out. I am doing much better than I was. My nighttime meditations have really helped. Elon Musk's AI tool says it would have voted for Harris and explains why. I don't care for AI that much but when I read that I felt a more positive feeling for it. It seems even AI is smarter and more in tune than many Americans. That is rather sad. We ate out last night. Panera's broccoli cheddar soup and half a sandwich. It was very tasty. I'm really getting tired of the grocery store not having what I order. The two supplements I needed which were Lutein and Turmeric both were unavailable. I don't like the gummy versions so I had to get these from Humana's OTC. They don't care the Turmeric so I have to wait on it. Last time they had everything I ordered and I was very happy. Are you finding that the store you use most doesn't always have items you want? SOmetimes it depends if I am being honest. When I made an online order I ordered four of something and only got one. which is annoying in more ways then one.

I can understand that. My daughter will be picking out the fruit and such since the Albertson's employee doesn't care which he picks up for us.

You try to get Turmeric in powder form or some sort of tablet. I am not very sure but may be there could be Indian varieties of Turmeric powder available in some American stores. I hope that you are doing fine health wise. Is 57 F temperature more or normal for this time of the year in your place? While my personal preference is for offline shopping, many a times we have to get grocery products online. We do get most of the items we ask for but sometimes a few are missing. Plus sometimes, the quality is not as per our expectations.

In a capsule as a supplement. I am trying to keep my health in some type of order. It's been in the 50s today too. I just don't look forward to the triple digits later in the year. I quit driving back in 2014 and it is both more expensive and a real chore to go out shopping. Online is much better. Plus, they deliver the groceries. We usually get all we ask for but sometimes they either don't have or they forget.
