I Found This Interesting

The majority of adults on Earth are lactose intolerant. The ability to digest the lactose in milk as an adult is a genetic mutation that occurs in less than 40% of the world's adults. I took a Common Knowledge test, and this was one of the answers to a question I missed. I am not lactose intolerant, and no one in my immediate family is. I found this rather odd since I have little experience with it. I love dairy products, and they are a huge part of my diet.

I get a stomach ache if I drink milk but I can eat some ice cream (usually, I don't have any problem with eating an ice cream cone) and can eat some cheeses without a problem. I did find an article you might like:

Thank you. I'm sorry to hear you have this issue. My cousin had an intolerance too.

@DaddyEvil ........I feel the same way. I remember when I first heard that my cousin had this issue. I thought it was sad that he couldn't enjoy ice cream and cheese. He had a lot of allergies, too.

@celticeagle You're welcome. And thank you. It's only annoying. I feel sorry for people who can't have any milk products. I'd really miss ice cream and cheeses.

I can eat cheese and yogurt without a problem; but I take lactaid pills when I eat ice cream or cheesecake.

@celticeagle Yes. If I were to drink a glass of milk without pills that would be a terrible thing.

I also love diary products but have not drunk any milk in ages. I used to love drinking it super cold with ice so maybe next month I will try some since the heat is up in Florida,

Once, cats and dogs were always given milk to drink but apparently this is a bad thing too.
