It has finally stopped raining, again

At least for now nothing is falling from the sky, however I have a very large Lake Echola out front. Have to take a boat to the car.
Just kidding of course, although when I lived in McPherson one year a family had to take a canoe down the driveway to their bus stop.
I was willing to swim this morning, but the pool was not open.
It feels like all I get done today is eating or snacking.
It is 54 F. outside and I feel a bit chilled.

It's 4:40 pm and still raining here but our temp is a little higher than yours at 58F. The Weather Channel claims the rain here will end around 7 pm this evening and start back up just after midnight.
I'm glad we didn't need to go anywhere today. It stormed off and on with thunder waking me up every once in a while. Pretty turned the heat on this morning so it's comfortable in the house.
All I did today was wash dishes, set meat out to thaw for supper and clean counter tops and stove top before I went to sleep.

@DaddyEvil I struggle with that, but the bigger the house the more I fill it up. This is about 3/4 the size of my last one. A bit choppy because it was a duplex.

I wish we would get some rain here. The temperature is going up higher each day. No rain. We got some a week or so ago, and it lasted about five minutes. Not looking forward to the fires later this year. I don't know what is going on around here. Usually, we get quite a bit of rain. Not so this year.
