Gnomes ....classy or tacky !!!!

Perhaps the ornaments could be donated. I don't have any and don't really want any. There is a Gnomesville in WA in the middle of a farming area. It's a major tourist attraction.

My take on garden ornaments is "not too many." Some people can really go overboard with them. We don't have any gnomes at home, but we do have a gnome we keep in the camper pass through who we set out to stand guard during our stay. It's just a novelty.

I like a few. A few gives it a little personality. But when the yard starts to look like a garage sale, that’s too far. One couple had the gnome from their home stolen in the Midwest of the United States. Bummed, but of course not devastated, the couple went about their business until 8 months later when the gnome returned with a scrapbook. Inside were pictures of college kids with the gnome in places like the Eiffel Tower, the Spanish Steps, and all these overseas iconic places. Some students from the local college had taken the couple’s gnome on a college trip and brought back a scrapbook of its adventures! The couple loved it!

I didn't know there are garden ornaments too. I was animated Gnomes movies once but I have never think of digging for further information. Thanks for sharing !! She must have really likes them..
