It is not easy to find out how many calories we consume or how much protein or other nutrients we fill in our body on a daily basis .
But to know how healthy we are there is this BMI - Body Mass Index. which is calculated by dividing one's weight with their height
Hee are the parameters
A BMI of between 18.5 and 24.9 suggests a healthy weight range. A BMI of between 25 and 29.9 may indicate overweight and a BMI below 18.5 is considered below weight. n
What's your story. I am on border line of health - fair enough I suppose.

You can convert your weight into Lbs and height into inches which works out to 27.5 which is overe weight.

I haven’t checked my BMI in quite a while, but if I’m being honest, I already know I’m on the obese side. No need for a calculator to confirm what the mirror and the tight jeans are already hinting at! ??
Still, it’s a good reminder to keep tabs on our health—not just for numbers like BMI, but how we actually feel day to day. Fair enough that you’re on the borderline; at least you’re hovering near the healthy range. I’ve got a bit more hovering (and waddling) to do before I get there!

So true Our clothes do a better job than the BMI I bet. And yes how healthy we feel is yet another way to know if all is well with us overweight notwithstanding1 person likes this
