Flat bread

That will be for breakfast this morning We call it 'bakri' There is multi grain flour dough in the fridge I will use it to make flat bread The dough is flattened and placed on the banana leaf and covered with yet another banana leaf on top. The flat bread is roasted on a flat pan and when the banana leaf turns colour it is removed. The flat bread is then roasted plain on the pan. It is tasty and healthy too.

That sounds like a delicious and wholesome breakfast! I love how you use banana leaves in the process it must add a nice aroma and a touch of tradition.
