Baguettes for lunch .... what a treat ....

When I am at work I sometimes take a snack with me , as I finish at lunchtime , but it is usually something that I can eat quickly and on the go. As I am at my Moms at the moment we have taken to having baguettes a couple of times a week. We got some freshly cut cooked meats yesturday when we went shopping, Mom has gammon ham and I have turkey. As we don't usually have them very often I see them as a treat. what is your treat lunch .....

Both of your meals sound delicious... I picked up a couple of very unhealthy donuts for my lunch yesterday. One apple jelly filled donut and one apple fritter. I enjoyed them.

I do love doughnuts ...i like the ones with raspberry jam ....jelly ....inside

@Traceyjayne I like those, too, but raspberry isn't my favorite... If you can find apple jelly donuts, give one a try sometime.
