I didn't want to do that...

...but, I did.
After lunch and Bible study I went and laid down. Next thing I woke up and looked at the clock and it was 5 p.m.
I should go and check the mail in a bit.
Even though I took a pretty long nap, I still don't feel all refreshed and whatnot. Just as well, as I plan to go to bed again in about four hours...
I hope that all is well with you in your part of myLot land!

Hi Stacey
It's quite easy to nap for longer than we intend to.
I do it quite often.
Sometimes a nap like that does not make us feel refreshed and best thing is is to stay up a while and then get a bit of an earlier night

Yvonne doesn't like me napping.
If I fall asleep on the sofa she throws a slipper at me

When I over napped I felt groggy as if I'm weaken. What I did, I went out take a walk for 15 minutes.

“They” say that if we nap that long our bodies “needed” it.
I’m enjoying the evening, keeping up with the baseball scores. It’s supposed to start getting hot and oppressive tomorrow, so I’ll be hugging the air conditioner a lot. I have scheduled maintenance and inspection that’ll be done on it Wednesday, including changing the filter, so it’s ready for this.
You have a great evening, too!!!
