A bumper crop for my tomato plants this year .....

Well, I have just been outside into the garden and I see that all three of my cherry tomato plants are full with flowers and small tomatoes. You may remember that the plants were free from a neighbour a couple of months ago. I think we are definately going to have a bumper crop this year....there are already so many more than we had last year. They like a lot of water but they are so much nicer than the ones in the shops. do you grow any fruit or veggies .....

I used to grow cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, lettuce and spinach in pots on our front porch but Pretty got tired of watering them when I couldn't see to do that myself and the plants all burned up. I don't bother trying to grow anything outside anymore.

That's a shame . Maybe you could grow something indoors, on a window sill .....

I love cherry tomatoes I hope that you do get a bumper crop. You will be eating them with every meal.

I grew them for the first time last year ....cherry ones, I have done normal ones for many years ..... but this year there are loads ....I use them in salads but manly just to snack on.

I grew tomatoes, potatoes, radishes and carrots and that is it.
