I am not really a person who eats breakfast, its really only maybe on a Saturday when we go to a cafe.
Sometimes at home I might have marmalade on toast.
At the cafe I have either a bacon bap, or a full English.....
But what should this include ....
I like lightly cooked bacon, fried egg with a dippy yolk, sausages, hash brown, beans and either fried bread or toast.
Some include tomatoes and black pudding but I am not bothered greatly about those.
What makes a great breakfast for you .....

grits is something that we don't have in this country. I hear about it often and would like to try it one day.

I'm not much of a "big" breakfast eater but I do enjoy waffles or pancakes with a side of crispy bacon and coffee of course. My usual breakfast is just toast with either peanut butter or cream cheese and some fruit.

For me, a great breakfast is all about balance and comfort. I’d go with scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, sourdough toast, and maybe some sautéed mushrooms or avocado on the side.

Ok
A full English, not bad, I experienced hundreds of them when I was in the Army
But Scottish is best
Porridge first
2 rashers of Bacon
2.fried eggs
A couple of sausages
Mushrooms
Beans
Tomatoes
Black Pudding
Tattie Scones
Maybe hash brown
Fried bread
A never ending supply of coffee
Toast and butter with marmalade
And a newspaper

That's what we do on a Sunday
Can't do it every day.
And if we don't do it here
There a wee place called The Pitstop we go to
I think I posted about it
