Phew. Thanking the Lord that's done.
I got a hold of someone, and after some more being on hold, which really wasn't very long, the young man (he sounded young) that I spoke to said that I could pick up my medication this afternoon, which I fully intend to do. Now I have one more phone call to make--though there will be no people involved--a robo-voice will just tell me what my balance is on my EBT (food stamp) card, and maybe when I'll be getting more money on it.
After that, I'll have lunch, do some Bible study and go and get my meds (finally!).

I am very happy that my medical appointment this morning is working that my doctor advised me to use ice to place on my left swollen knee which made it hard to walk for a few days. The ice worked like a miracle to slow down the swelling.

Me, too! Just started to type this when I got a call from the Health Center saying that they were preparing my order, and to call the pharmacy first to make sure it was there before I came (which I had planned to do anyway, but I was grateful for the call).
