Saturday Check-In

Happy Saturday Everyone! surprise!! I'm here which is unusual for me on a weekend.
My daughter left around 7:30am to drive an hour and a half to get to her friends house to leave for vacation. She'll leave our car there and her friend will drive. Originally 4 of them were going on the trip but one girl cancelled pretty much at the last minute. Of course they were annoyed that she waited until the last minute to say she wasn't going but all in all they will have fun anyway.
Aside from the fact that my daughter isn't here my morning is off to a good start. Honestly it isn't much different than the days she's working and I'm used to quiet mornings. I've already had my breakfast and coffee and working on catching up on my notifications, etc.
Have you seen all the commercials on tv for the game Royal Kingdom? Celebrities are saying how much fun it is to play this game especially since it's free with no ads. My kids talked me into downloading it and I have to say it is fun to play. They're playing so now we have a family competition going.

I’m glad that you are enjoying the game. No, I ha e never played those types of games. I just occasionally play physical board games.

I hope they have a lovely holiday sad one girl pulled out at the last minute. I have just returned from holiday & have had a great time. I have not heard of this game.

Four of us do the word game Wordle and share our results each day on WhatsApp. I play Solitaire sometimes and Ticket to Ride but just on my own. It would be fun to play it with family.

Yes, they have spent millions in promoting the game. I have about 200 games downloaded on my computer. I used to play a lot but haven't for about 2 years now.
