Gammon, cheesy leek mash for tea ….

So this evening for our meal we are having gammon joint with mashed potatoes to which we will add grated cheese and boiled leeks. It is a favourite meal of mine. We bought a gammon joint last week and had it with fries, so this week something different. The gammon only cost just over £5 and it will have made four meals….some left over for snacking too. Great value. What are you having for your main meal today /
