Last night was a true homemade meal night—well, at least a portion of it. LOL. I guess I could have done the whole Pioneer Woman thing and made the breadsticks and noodles. I did not do that, but I did make alfredo sauce from scratch, so I'm counting it as a homemade meal. LOL. Anyway, I made homemade alfredo sauce, sauteed some shrimp, threw breadsticks in the oven, and boiled some macaroni noodles—you guessed it, shrimp alfredo. I also made a bacon Caesar salad link from Walmart. Shrimp alfredo, salad, and breadsticks. I was STUFFED after dinner. So that's what we had last night. What did you make or have for dinner?

I wish the rest of the family would eat sushi. I have thought about getting the kit to make it at home.

@thislittlepennyearns You could build a tiny conveyor, put the kit on it, and send it right into the garbage can. It would be super perfect.

And no plate for me? What gives? Hmph. I made pork cube steaks with stir-fried broccoli. Yes. Good eats. lol

I used name brand parmesean are you sure you want some. Lol I'm not crazy about cube streak. Have unresolved trauma.with it. Lol

@thislittlepennyearns I never said I wouldn't WANT name brand. I simply said I'm not paying for it. lol As for cube steak, was your trauma with pork or beef? Beef is the more common one is why I ask.

It was pretty good. I just got finished with dinner tonight, didn't get a great picture. But I'm going to upload it and post it regardless.
