In Calcutta many roads are flooded

There has been incessant rain in Calcutta for the last 2 days. That has led to the roads been flooded and waterlogged. There are waterpipes in different parts of the city which are pumped and flown to river Ganges. But that takes time. it is huge problem for vehicles to ply and people to go to offices.

The rain is creating havoc in so many places. We have not seen sun in the last 21 years. Many areas were flooded. Fortunately, our area was spared. The rain has subsided but not stopped completely. We are having non stop drizzling now

thanks Arunimaji all my relatives in Nagpur Mumbai Hyderabad they are saying that things are hopeless there. There are floods in every part of India. This year rain is messing up with city life.

yes Ocean the pumps carry the water away. But 1 or 2 days it was worst experience
