Runaway emus found a short distance from home

Tom Halek who owns two emus named Ali and Sami escaped from his home in Rush City Minnesota on Sunday June 29 after a thunderstorm hit the area,
The two emus were found a miles away in Chisago County on Sunday when the Chisago County Sheriff's Office reported the good news that the two emus were contained by the police.
The police said that another farmer had possession of the two emus before he realized that the emus were not his in the first place.
The emus were picked up by Tom and reunited safe and sound even though they were affected by the thunderstorm.

Now it's emus. Next it will be elephants. I'm glad they corralled the emus.
