We cannot survive without coconuts in this part of the world
Every bit of the coconut tree is used not to talk of the coconut.
The tender coconut provides us with tender flesh and tasty water. The coconut is scraped and used in masalas, vegetables, and snacks. Coconut juice is extracted from scraped coconut and used in curries, and snacks .
Coconut oil is extracted form dry cocnut and the remnants is given to cows that they relish
Do you use coconuts?

If it is a tender coconut it is not cut up but the top chopped off. A hole is made and the water had using a straw\
We normally do not drink that water from a seasoned coconut.
Can you elaboroate?

@allknowing We cut a bigger hole because we put the spoon in to dig the flesh to eat while we drink the coconut water.

Yes it is one of the main ingredient for curry and nasi lemak. We also use it for coconut coffee and also some kuehs.
My favourite is coconut jelly.
