The jelly like feel of the lychee fruit added with sweetness is my favourite fruit. It also has a distinct flavour
We do not get this fruit here but while living in the city I have had a good feed of that
It was laborious no doubt but I mad ice cream with this fruit which was delicious I had to patiently open the fruit and remove the seed and then follow the procedure.
What is your favourit fruit?

I have not eaten lychees in years. I will se how best I can get them. May be my friend who lives in Bangaluru could help me wiht that

@allknowing - We only have them on the shelves in winter. There are canned lychees but those are not very good.

i had one earlier but now I use my mixie and it works well . I have made ice cream from mango, tender coconut, dragon fruit and lychee
