Mother used to make these cones on Independence Day which is today, years ago I make them too but not on this day The cones are made from jack fruit leaves. They are lined with ground rice paste and then filled with a mixture of coconut, jaggery and cardamom powder. Cones are sealeed with the rice paste and then steamed. Broughrt back a memory
