I have that legal paper notorized.My big problem is trying to get medical info for the children.The father just got sole custody,and I got them two weeks og. They were livung with mother but refuses to give me any info.The children went to a private DR.not county health dept,I have no shot records.They are to young for elem school.Father is in the Navy oversees and cant give me any info either.

I would call the court administrator and they should be able to tell you where and whom you can call to get more info on this.
