Rain started again

Monsoon time.feeling literally bore.we cannot go out casually.I have taken up my client's to home work with zoom meeting. It is much more boring. To refresh myself , I want to eat noodles by street vendors.That smoky flavour is my love all the time.But no one opened shop due to rain

I'm sure, if you don't want to be out in the rain/storms, the street vendors don't want to be out in it, either. Can you make noodles at home and be happy with them?
