That's done...

Thanking the Lord that I didn't hurt myself, though I sure wanted to quit before my timer went off. It's much more comfortable curling 5 pound weights when you're sitting down--but as I saw, the video I watched about "form" said to stand with feet apart parallel to my shoulders, so I did. I actually did quit when there was like 6 minutes to go, as the alarm on my timer went off and I thought I was done. I guess it just was telling me I only had that much time to go. So, I "worked out" for about 24 minutes. Next time I'll try to do the full 30. After I left the gym, I went for a little-over-1,000 step walk. Currently, I have 1,307. I want to do one more thing on the computer, and then go and then go out and water the plants. It's not terribly hot right now, and the little temperature widget in the corner of my computer says 68 degrees. That's fine with me. When it changed info, it also said, "Temps to drop next Wednesday". Also fine with me. After I water the plants (actually, it should probably be before) I will take photos of some papers that a friend asked me to do and then send them to her. By that time it will be lunch time. I hope that all is well with you in your part of myLot land!

It did. I was sure ready for that timer to be up, but I'm glad I did it.
