Hello again, myLot!

As my maintenance guy friend showed me what to do with some of the equipment other than the barbells, I tried something new (to me) today.
This thing (see photo) was in the middle of the gym, and had several different exercises to do around it. I went to the far side of it and did a thing where one pulled the weights from behind (sorry, don't know what you call it). For whatever reason when the timer on my phone was down to about 6 seconds, I reset it for 15 minutes more.
I'll rest tomorrow, and then go back Friday and try something else--for 45 minutes.
After I was done in there, I walked until I had at least 1000 steps--currently I have 1,352
Its cloudy and kind of muggy out there. When I left the gym, I thought I felt a drop, but that was probably wishful thinking.
Right now, I'm going to go and take some pictures of a ring, since it's so cloudy outside.

Wow! The gym is so cool. And I like it that it has big windows, I bet its so beautiful out there when it sunny.
