Well, that wasn't half bad.

I made George put his phone in his pocket, and it worked out fine. He's not used to calling me, but he did remember to tell someone he was back and to get me. I watched him of course, but it wasn't as bad as I thought it'd be.
My anxiety is justified given how much help he asks me for. I wouldn't be wrong in feeling as I do.
But, the fact he wants to do things on his own, proving to himself he's capable, is a strong sign he still has a lot of life to live.

It's so heartwarming to read about his accomplishments. He certainly has a zest for life.

@kaylachan ........It's great to hear. I admire your steadfastness in being there for him and letting him do for himself where he can.

There were days where I've questioned that very thing. But, then he does and says things like this.

That is a good sign. I am happy that George is finally having a lot of will to do things on his own, but I hope he will not really do things on hiw own without someone to assist him or just looking at him.

It did us, too. I was in the pod with George and saw blue skies out the one window.
