Mr. Robot's season 3 got better. The beginning was weird. The third episode was so fun. An Asian counter part of this revolutionary movement is telling an American insubordinate what he wants him to do next. He says he has a presidential nominee he wants him to back. The American laughed and says the country may be desperate right now, but this guy is a buffoon. He's completely divorced from reality.
Guess who the guy is? You'd be right. The Donald. How hilarious! Even TV writers have it right.

That show has always had a sharp eye for blending fiction with uncomfortable truths. That scene sounds perfectly on-brand for its style of commentary.
