Has it happened to you?

I woke up with a dream seeing a lion climbing up the stairs of an isolated house, the kind of stairs that are independent of walls but has banisters leading to the first floor of any building. I followed it. Out came a lioness with a cub in its mouth instead of the lion and the lion I saw was at the far end of a hotel corridor (scene changed) pacing towards me.
Scene 2: I was having a conversation, an intense one, with my late mother. I tried opening the door of the bathroom but couldn't, as mother was behind it I saw, (the memory of pressing the door still afresh) to collect water from the walled reservoir of the house we used to stay earlier and saw there was hardly any.
Scene 3: My sister eventually enters (with the hero of a series I am currently watching) and I narrate the incident with the lion. Mother had left for the tailor's leaving the door unlatched.
I remembered that Mother had asked for food during our conversation and I'd told her I'd do it online. The hero (my sister's boyfriend) said he'd already did and showed his mobile with my wallpaper in it. I couldn't run my fingers to access the app though.
In continuation, sister (who I felt was just sitting behind me) calls me to say that it was 7:00 a.m.
It took me sometime to realize that I was dreaming otherwise why would she call, when she was just behind me urging me to order for some Nepali veg- thukpa ?
The birds outside were frantically chirping, for food.
It was time. (We usually serve the dinner offered to our deceased parents to the birds and the squirrels the next day)
Tea is served for all the three of us, (my deceased mother, my sister and I) either on or after a few minutes after 6:00 a.m everyday.
I was late today. I woke up with my eyes closed (not to miss out the details) and turned the motor on. There was hardly any in the reservoir. It took almost half an hour to fill.
It was mother's way of waking me up.

Your mother waking you up since you are already late, feels nice though!
What I have dreamt before was we are having family snacktime which is called champorado in the Philippines. But then I woke up and seeing there is really champorado preparing in our house.

I take it like other-worldly communication...that fills the absence.
