Herby chicken casserole

So tonight’s evening meal was Herby chicken casserole. It is a recipe taken from the new ‘ Pinch of Nom ‘ Slow cooker book. Chicken, carrot, leek, potatoes, peas, stock, herbs, cream cheese …..soooo yummy. I can’t wait to try some of the other recipes too. Do you use cook books or just cook from memory ….? Do you have a favourite ‘ celebrity chef ‘ ?

When I used to cook and bake I used a combination of recipes and tried-and-true concoctions from memory. I don't have a particular chef favorite.
