The last cruise I was on was on a warship. An aircraft carrier to be exact. The USS Enterprise (CVN-65).

@TheHorse Norfolk, VA essentially. But when I got there to meet the ship, it was in drydock at Newport News Shipbuilding and Drydock Company in Newport News, so I stayed at Huntington Hall for a spell before being transferred to an apartment in Norfolk. When I reported the ship was not habitable as we were in a major overhaul.

I do not have any dietary needs. But in a venue like that, you certainly do have to consider quite a range of diversity of appetites and special needs. It must be a daunting task, honestly.
