Journey of a thousand steps...

....begins with going out the door.
I am feeling much better, so I went out for my 1,000 step walk. Earlier I posted, I think, that I'm going to try for a ,minimum of 2,000 steps, but I'm not going to push it until this chest cold is completely gone. I still feel a bit of congestion in there. Currently my counter says I have 1,950 steps, but some of those were gotten after I came back to the apartment.
Right now, I need to clean off the stove top, as the mess has been bugging me for a while. After that, I need to get further on one of the books I got from the library, as I think I only went as far as the first two or three pages. Want to be sure I'm done before it's due!

I'm glad you are feeling better. There's a very slight chance we might take the dogs to a park before this day is done.
