I had the privileged to see true Marine leaders at work and they bailed me out just so I could deliver the mail.. 'The new Doc on The marines on Netflix is straight young infantry and they should have that mindset for the job they about to do, but this to me is how I will always remember the place.
The true leaders trying to make a difference that knew their crap did not smell. . They knew we here for a reason and its not about me.

I have not seen it on Netflix. Yes, true leaders are a privilege. Many people struggle to rise above petty personal issues and lead.

Yeah and to be fair that is special forces for the Marines. So its a big difference. I almost wanted to join just so I could get leader that people clearly see could see. Do get me wrong we had good leaders, but they disrespected the good ones and praised the bad ones because of war type stuff.
That's why I love that clip, just because you went to war does not mean you are a good leader.
