Well I guess Amber is rolling along towards Albuquerque. Good luck and Godspeed! Finally, a day with no excessive wind. Temps should be warmish today, start of a warm weekend. You can't complain in mid November. Nothing much going on in these parts..although I may have to make a trip to the library today or tomorrow What's up with you? I hope you have a nice day.

I was wondering if you would get to Buccees. Did you have a Kolache? What is with this leaving in the middle of the night stuff?

@snowy22315 I didn’t have one, but I should have! I had a brisket taco.
My sister just likes leaving early for some weird reason. She likes to get to the destination and have time to look around before going to the hotel. I’d rather get some actual sleep.

@AmbiePam I know some people like to get on the road early, but to me early is like 5 or 6. I guess the best thing is less traffic on the roads, so you can make better time. I don't like driving at night, but a younger person can probably handle it.

My grandson stopped at Buccees on one of his school band trips and loved it. We don't have one anywhere near here.

I had a day off today.
Went to a Cafe in late morning/afternoon.
Then watched some Sports Action(Cricket).
In the evening we had some bakery items and tea.
14th November is celebrated as Children's Day in India, so we celebrated at home in a small yet enjoyable way.
Will catch up on some much needed rest during the weekend.

I'm liking this little warmup. Helps me keep the heat turned off a little longer, and of course that saves money. Beyond that, I hate cold weather, and so the longer it takes to actually get cold, the less time I will have to deal with it until spring.

Enjoy it while it lasts. I could take it or leave it. I don't like seeing bugs in November.
