I looked at my step counter and figured out how many steps I would have to get to make 2,000 more...I think I did a little over that...I figured I'd need something like 5,300 to make 2,000 steps from what I had at the beginning, and currently I have 5,621.
I went out the west side of the complex, went all the way around to the back, and started going down the back paved road in the complex to get to the mailbox bank.
Half way there the neighbor that lives behind me drove up and asked if I could go check on her dog at 3 p.m. She said I didn't have to walk her or anything, but if I happen to see the leash, I'll try. The lady also said something like "If you say her name, it will probably make her feel better." but I don't know the dog's name.
So in a bit I'll go over and say hello to the pup and if I find the leash see if we can go for a walk. If not I'll just make over her for a bit. ;)
Of course, after talking to my neighbor and trying to remember to go check on the pup, I totally forgot to go and check the mail.
Oh, well--I can get it later.
Hope all is well with you in your part of myLot land!

At least you will do a favor to check on your neighbor's dog this afternoon.
