I went digging in the box of ornaments for smaller ornaments to put on the side of the tree that can be seen. Some of the branches on the fake tree wouldn't bend the way I wanted them to so that I could put an ornament in a particular place, but I still think it looks a little better than it did. I also found the angel that has been around since at least my childhood, so I replaced the angel I had up there with it instead. It's kind of flat, so instead of sticking on the top of the tree like the other one I had up there, it has a chenille stem poked through the back so a person could attach it to the tree that way. There was something else I found to decorate for Christmas that's for another post.
