There are foods that are good for us. An actual list of some that are chuck full of vitamins that older folks need like vitamin C and B12. But some I don't like or can no longer eat due to teeth issues. Those are: popcorn, dark chicken meat, red beef, French Brie (never had any), coffee (goes right through me), and alcohol. The ones I do like are pork, avocado, eggs, peanut butter, honey, chocolate and potato salad. I live on the last 7 for quite some time. Have to throw in some salmon and trout occasionally though.
Do you like these foods too?

I don't like eggs or dark meat chicken but the rest I would eat.

I don’t like dark meat chicken, too greasy for me. I’m allergic to eggs, beef, and pork, so throw those three out. I usually eat avocado as guacamole.

One I can't have because of the kidney disease; but I like Brie (can't have), coffee, pork, eggs, peanut butter, honey, chocolate (I can have 70% dark chocolate) and potato salad.
