What are you picky about?

I am picky about my lotion. I have a morning moisturizer, a nighttime moisturizer (CeraVe), and then body lotion (pictured). Winter, of course, is the hardest on my skin because of how dry everything gets. I remember, years ago, putting my items on the counter to pay for at Walmart, and I had like four lotions. I was desperate to find something that didn’t irritate my sensitive skin. What are you picky about?

Laundry soap and other soaps. If they irritate me no amount of lotion helps.

That’s a good one. My sister has to use Tide Free and Clear.

I don't think I'm picky about anything much although I do have my favourite brands.

I think I get picky when it affects my comfort.

@AmbiePam I've just had my Weet-Bix for breakfast and realised that I like just the right amount of hot water then a little bit of sugar before I add the milk so maybe I'm picky after all!

We share a washing machine here and I am glad the boys choose lightly scented laundry detergent, I do not like anything with a heavy scent,

I'm picky about my coffee. It has to be dark roast and not like flavored water. Different brands give different strength for dark roast so stick to Starbucks, Green Mountain, Peet's or Seattle Best. I use agave or raw sugar for taste in the mornings. No cream allowed. I won't eat sushi and my trout has to be fried or forget it.

That’s interesting about the trout!

I'm picky about food, but I'm really picky when it comes to my stuff. It has to be organized a certain way, and I get annoyed if my better half moves it somewhere else, lol.

You aren't being picky, you just have had to hunt for something that finally worked for you. As you know doubt know, I am allergic to hot peppers of any kind (I can eat regular bell peppers and those little bitty sweet peppers) Cumin is a big no as well. I am picky about coffee, I want a dark roast, and black. I am picky about my kitchen being clean and the bathrooms...I can't stand it when they aren't clean.

Those last two would be good if we were all picky!

@AmbiePam I will sometimes ignore other things needing to be done because I feel like the kitchen and the bathrooms take priority with me. During Covid I was so worried about the son, myself, and my other kids coming and going it seemed like all I did for months was try to clean and sanitize stuff.

Winter here is a collection of rainy days and people praying the roads won't flood. I am picky about spicy food. Can't do it. And coffee gives me heart burn.

Everything. I am someone that likes things done a certain way. Hubby used to usually just let me do my thing. As far as products go, I use generic whenever I can as long as they are comparable to the brand names.

Good question. I'm picky about . . . I don't know. I can't think of something.
