Where are you HVAC people?

I have hesitated doing any big projects this morning because I thought they were likely to show up anytime. The office said they were coming after they finished a job ahead of me, but that was hours ago. I will try calling again, to see what is up. I just turned the heat on a little bit ago.It was getting too cold in here..We have snow..I hope they aren't going to try blame that for not showing...I am hoping they will still be here. I will call at one when the office person is back from lunch.

Snowy, is there another company you can call? They should have shown up or at least called you. Not a good practice to leave people hanging like this. Customer service really and truly has gone way downhill everywhere.

They are here now...A new company would charge for a service call.

Just after I wrote that they showed. They said they were an hour and a half away after they finished the last job.

Bare in mind the job ahead of you could take hours and you might be on the bottom of the list.
