What's For Dinner?

Would you believe that when I was here this morning, enjoying my coffee and chatting, that I totally forgot to post my own discussion?? Geez, talk about forgetfulness.
It was a busy day, filled with all sorts of holiday things left to do as well as crossing off the stuff that was already done.
Meanwhile, I'm trying to stay organized and got my bills paid and only have two that are due by the end of the month. Good news is we got notice that our HOA fee isn't going up. That's a big whoopee for the upcoming year.
I knew my day was going to be busy so I made stew for dinner. How did I ever live without my crockpot. I love the convenience of throwing it all together, letting it slow cook and not having to worry about stirring or the attention it needs if it was on the stove top.
It smells so good and I can't wait for my daughter to finish work so we can eat.
I love to talk about food so what are you having tonight?

Crockpots were quite an invention. Stew sounds good. I think we are having chili.

Stew sounds really good right now.
I didn't eat late lunch until after 6 pm so I may not eat supper tonight. (But I did eat two Cordial Cherries a few minutes ago.

I have done that before. It's easy to forget to post.

I utilized my crockpot today as well. Bean soup and I made homemade corn muffins. It’s super cold here and it sounded good to me!! Stew sounds yummy, too.
