I went to the gym, and tried doing the exercises/using the equipment I usually do.
I set my timer for thirty minutes like I usually do, but I could only make it for about seventeen of them before I wore out/gave up.
Now I'm more thirsty than hungry, but I will wait until I actually feel some hunger before I get anything to eat. I've heard that exercise curbs your appetite, and I got some exercise today.
Looking forward to staying home tomorrow (aside from church). Monday it will be back to walking the pooch.
I hope that all is well with you in your part of myLot land!

Weight lifting makes you healthy. That is my big question. Well, I think I don't need for I'm already old, 74 yesrs old.

I spend most of the day handing out new sweat shirts to teens in foster care. The teens got other stuff along with sweat shirts. They were all happy when they left.

I am doing the best I can to work at home completing surveys and taking my medications to calm down the swelling in my right lower calf,
